All of our customers are important to us. We provide quality maintenance and service at reasonable rates.

To protect your investment and prolong the life of your existing equipment we recommend Spring and Fall Routine Maintenance. 

If you only have air conditioning Spring only is recommended.

Unfortunately, we do not service oil furnaces.

*** We do not offer maintenance contracts, but we would be happy to add you to our reminder list and mail you a postcard in the Fall and Spring each year. Call us to be placed on our mailing list at 410-820-0026.

Our experienced and trained technicians service all types of heating and air equipment. (Excluding Oil).  We will inform you of any evidence of a problem after careful inspection.

Our ROUTINE MAINTENANCE (RM) consists of:  

·         Replacing or Cleaning Filters.

·         Lubricating all moving parts when necessary.

·         Checking the High Limit Control.

·         Checking Fan Control.

·         Checking Condenser Coil.

·         Checking Voltage and Amperage on Motors.

·         Checking Condensate Drains and Cleaning, if Necessary.

·         Checking Operating Pressure for Proper Refrigerant Charge.

·         Checking Safety Controls where Applicable.

·         Checking All Electrical Connections.

·         Checking Total Operating Performance of Heating/Cooling System.

·         Checking Fuel Pipe.

·         Inspecting Heat Exchanger or Heat Strips.

·         Checking, Cleaning, and Calibrating Pilot and Orifice Assembly or Sequencer.   

It is important to us that your equipment is operating efficiently for your comfort, energy preservation, and economy.

Accent heating and Air believes having a routine maintenance is a preventative service. Regular maintenance can prevent or eliminate potential breakdowns before they occur, prolong the life of your equipment, and protect your investment in your home.

If after a routine maintenance or service we suspect your system is in need of replacement or the expense of the replacement of a major component warrants cost comparisons of the replacement of the system versus replacement of the major component, we will be happy to give you that comparison.

Unfortunately, we can not give estimates on basic repairs over the phone. We must make a service call to inspect the system and determine the problem.
